The excitement is palpable in Côte d’Ivoire as the country gears up to host the prestigious African Cup of Nations (CAN) 2023. With just a month to go before the competition kicks off, the anticipation and enthusiasm among Ivorians are at an all-time high.

The CAN, which is Africa’s biggest and most celebrated football tournament, will bring together the continent’s top footballing talent for a month-long extravaganza of skill, passion, and national pride. This year’s competition is particularly special for Côte d’Ivoire as it marks the first time in nearly 40 years that the country will host the event.

The Ivorian government and local organizing committee have been working tirelessly to ensure that all the necessary infrastructure and facilities are in place to host a successful tournament. From renovated stadiums to improved transportation and accommodation options, Côte d’Ivoire is leaving no stone unturned to make the CAN 2023 a memorable and enjoyable experience for players, officials, and fans alike.

As the host country, Côte d’Ivoire is also looking to showcase its rich cultural heritage and warm hospitality to the thousands of visitors expected to descend on the country for the tournament. From traditional dances and music to local cuisine and arts and crafts, the CAN 2023 promises to be a celebration of everything that makes Côte d’Ivoire unique and vibrant.

The excitement is not limited to just the organizers and officials, however. Football fans across the country are eagerly looking forward to witnessing some of the best players in Africa compete on their home soil. The streets are abuzz with discussions about the various teams and players, and national pride is at an all-time high as the country prepares to rally behind the Ivorian national team, the Elephants.

Local businesses are also gearing up to make the most of the influx of visitors expected during the tournament. Hotels, restaurants, and bars are expecting a significant boost in business, while souvenir shops and local vendors are preparing to showcase their products to a wider audience.

In the lead-up to the tournament, several promotional events and activities have been organized to drum up support for the CAN 2023. From football clinics and fan zones to cultural festivals and music concerts, there is a sense of festivity and excitement in the air as Côte d’Ivoire counts down the days to the start of the competition.

The CAN 2023 is not just a football tournament; it is an opportunity for Côte d’Ivoire to shine on the global stage and showcase the best of what the country has to offer. With the whole nation rallying behind the event, the stage is set for a truly memorable and successful African Cup of Nations. UTB aurait pu rénover ses gares. Prendre exemple sur ART. Quelle mochete et pas de propreté. Des nouveaux bus mais sans le cadre, c’est comme manger à côté d’un caniveau
