How to Make a Flower Vase and Tree Decoration from Recycled Plastic Bottles

Posted by

Plastic bottle vase craft is a great way to upcycle waste plastic bottles and turn them into beautiful decorative pieces for your home. In this tutorial, I will show you how to make a DIY tree from waste plastic bottles, specifically Sprite ki bottles, and use them to create a stunning guldasta (vase) that you can use to display flowers or other decorations.

Materials needed:
– Empty Sprite ki bottles
– Scissors
– Craft knife
– Acrylic paint
– Paintbrushes
– Hot glue gun
– Decorative embellishments (optional)
– Flowers or other decorations for display

Instructions:
1. Start by collecting empty Sprite ki bottles. You will need several bottles of various sizes to create the tree structure for your guldasta. Rinse out the bottles and remove any labels or stickers.

2. Using scissors or a craft knife, carefully cut the top of each bottle off. You can experiment with different shapes and sizes to create interesting variations for your tree.

3. Once you have cut the tops off all the bottles, use a hot glue gun to attach them together in a tree-like formation. Start with the largest bottle at the bottom and work your way up to the smallest bottle at the top. Make sure to secure each bottle firmly in place before moving on to the next one.

4. Once the tree structure is complete, it’s time to paint the bottles. Use acrylic paint in the colors of your choice to add a decorative touch to your guldasta. You can paint the bottles all one color, or get creative and experiment with different designs and patterns.

5. Allow the paint to dry completely before adding any additional embellishments. You can use decorative stickers, rhinestones, or other embellishments to add some extra flair to your guldasta.

6. Once the paint and embellishments are dry, your guldasta is ready to be displayed! Fill the bottles with water and fresh flowers, or use them to display dried flowers, twigs, or other decorative items.

7. You can also get creative with how you display your guldasta. Try placing it on a mantle, shelf, or table as a centerpiece, or hang it on the wall as a unique piece of wall art.

By following these simple instructions, you can turn waste plastic bottles into a beautiful and unique guldasta that will add a touch of charm to your home décor. This project is a fun and eco-friendly way to repurpose plastic waste and create something beautiful in the process. Give it a try and see how creative you can get with your plastic bottle vase craft!
