More FastAPI, more Auth0, more Python, and some Git tips and tricks

FastAPI is a modern, fast (high-performance) web framework for building APIs with Python 3.6+ based on standard Python type hints. It is easy to use, highly performant, and comes with built-in support for modern authentication services like Auth0.

Auth0 is an identity and access management platform that makes it easy to implement authentication and authorization mechanisms in your applications. Integrating Auth0 with FastAPI provides a secure and reliable way to manage user access to your API endpoints.

Python is a powerful programming language that is widely used for web development, data science, machine learning, and more. With FastAPI and Auth0, you can leverage the strengths of Python to build robust and scalable APIs that meet the needs of modern applications.

Git Tips and Tricks

Git is a popular version control system that is widely used in software development. Here are some tips and tricks to help you make the most of Git:

  • Use branches to organize your work and separate features or bug fixes.
  • Commit early and often to save your progress and make it easier to track changes.
  • Use descriptive commit messages to communicate the purpose of each change.
  • Use git rebase to clean up your commit history and make it easier to understand.
  • Learn how to resolve merge conflicts effectively to avoid issues when merging branches.

Hi Jessica, I thoroughly enjoyed your video and found your delivery engaging.

I have a quick suggestion to enhance the overall viewing experience. Could you consider adjusting the volume to about 30% lower or -20db relative to your microphone? This small tweak would greatly improve the audio balance and ensure an even better video experience. Apart from that, your content is excellent!
Thank you for sharing such valuable information

This is a great video! The only thing I would ask for is if you could cut out the first 3.5 minutes where nothing is happening and lower the music volume so it is easier to hear you talking. Cheers!
