it would be so awesome to watch some reaction videos to the documentary. what content creators in this space think about the history of react. probably one of those things that we will never be able to know about. impossible you might phrase it as, or dmca.

I'm glad that react exists. I just love doing development in React.

The turn out of events from just an edge away of not getting out to public to getting open source was really like someone's decision far from me changed my life today.

Thank you for this awesome documentary.

I never thought Redux was Conference Driven Development 😂😂

The documentary showed how hard it is to pull off something like this. Also it was hilarious to think that individuals with large followings on Twitter tweeting about react gave it a great push. This empire that has been built was basically moved by a couple of individuals like Sophie and the laravel creator!

Not a big fan of the "React is uncompetitive" remark from Michael Chan. What framework/library IS competitive then?

I can’t believe Sophie answering all the react questions on stack overflow for two years didn’t make the main documentary! I think that’s the hidden silver bullet for reacts success.

Thanks, now I better understand why I love React so much and I can explain it to others! My best take out: React is not breaking separation of concerns, it separates concerns in different way (imho much better, easier to maintain and work with).

Great Job and thanks to React Team for not giving up after so much hate you get on the beginning. Listen to your ❤️
