Putin faces mounting pressure as ‘special operations’ jeopardize the strength of Russia’s army | Philip Ingram

Posted by

Russian President Vladimir Putin is facing increasing pressure as reports emerge of “special operations” within the Russian military that are threatening to “hollow out” the country’s army. The revelations come at a precarious time for Putin, who is already grappling with domestic unrest and international scrutiny.

According to intelligence sources, these special operations involve covert units within the Russian military that are carrying out targeted assassinations, sabotage, and other hostile activities. These operations are said to be driven by personal vendettas and power struggles within the army, rather than official orders from the Kremlin.

The existence of these rogue elements within the Russian military has raised concerns about the overall effectiveness and cohesion of the country’s armed forces. It is feared that these special operations could undermine Putin’s ability to maintain control over the military and could lead to further instability within Russia.

The revelations have also sparked fears of potential security breaches within the Russian military, as these rogue units may be operating outside of official channels and without proper oversight. This could allow sensitive information to fall into the wrong hands and compromise Russia’s national security.

Putin has come under intense scrutiny for his handling of the situation, with critics accusing him of allowing the situation to spiral out of control. Calls for a thorough investigation into these special operations have been growing, with many demanding accountability for those responsible.

The Russian president’s response to this crisis will be a critical test of his leadership and his ability to maintain stability within the country. Failure to address these issues could have far-reaching consequences, both domestically and on the international stage.

Putin has a history of cracking down on dissent and maintaining a tight grip on power, but the presence of rogue elements within the military presents a new and potentially dangerous challenge for him. How he chooses to navigate this crisis will determine the future of Russia and his own political legacy.

As the pressure mounts, Putin will need to demonstrate decisive leadership and take swift action to address the threat posed by these special operations. Failure to do so could have dire consequences for the security and stability of Russia, as well as for Putin’s own grip on power.

With what we know now, in March 2024, what he says is even more on the money – both in terms of the reduction of Russian military strength, specifically the 14 planes which have been shot down over the past 2 weeks – and the number of generals killed even since this interview….

An excellent analysis from Col. Ingraham who shows just how close and right the battle is in the Ukraine. The analyst is convinced he knows how the smaller forces are capable: they can hold their ground with superior weaponry and secretive supply lines with western allies. Unfortunately Putin has shown that he is not at odds with denying life to many soldiers, sailors and airmen. Russian casualty rates have been so high that it’s amazement that they are still able to command. The difference is now whether Ukraine are still willing to continue the fight irrespective of the cost of warfare.

Too many armchair generals in the Republican party. Politicians in the U.S. are proving how brainless they really are.

Can't wait to see Putin defeated in the elections, unless he cheats again and fixes the voting system.

I think that the prospect that U.S. gets off Nato and let Ukraine drifted off the river it is been well calculated by the Industrial Financial Complex playing the game good cop bad cop ( Trump vx Biden ), the reason could be not given Russia an excuse to a Nuclear Exchange and let Europe do the job alone .But it is very risky because of loosing credibility around the world and exacervating third parties to invade. So Ban news anyways

Putin is a weak, incompetent man who can only survive in a dictatorship where he controls all media. This is standard for Russia which makes it easier to understand how such a coward gained power to begin with. It is much more difficult for Trump whose goal is the same.
