Russia-Ukraine conflict continues as twin Russian missiles hit Kharkiv, injuring 21 people

Posted by

The ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine has once again taken a toll on innocent civilians, as twin Russian missile strikes on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv have left at least 21 people injured. The attack, which took place on Thursday, is the latest in a series of escalations in the region, prompting fears of a full-scale war.

The city of Kharkiv, located in northeastern Ukraine, has been a frequent target of Russian aggression in recent years. The latest missile strikes have caused widespread panic and devastation among the residents, as the once peaceful city has become a battleground for geopolitical tensions.

The Ukrainian government has condemned the attack, calling it a blatant violation of international law and a clear act of aggression by the Russian military. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has urged the international community to take a firm stand against Russia’s reckless actions, warning that the situation could spiral out of control if not addressed promptly.

The United States and its European allies have also expressed their concerns over the escalating violence in Ukraine, with many calling for an immediate ceasefire and a return to diplomatic negotiations. The European Union has threatened to impose further sanctions on Russia if the situation does not de-escalate, while the US has reaffirmed its support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Russia, on the other hand, has denied any involvement in the missile strikes, claiming that it is not responsible for the escalating violence in Ukraine. However, the international community remains skeptical of Russia’s assertions, given its track record of military intervention in the region.

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has its roots in the annexation of Crimea by Russia in 2014 and the ongoing separatist movements in eastern Ukraine, where pro-Russian rebels have been engaged in a bloody conflict with Ukrainian forces. The recent escalation of violence in Kharkiv and other parts of Ukraine has raised fears of a potential full-scale war, with devastating consequences for the region and beyond.

As the situation continues to unfold, the international community must work together to de-escalate tensions and find a peaceful resolution to the conflict. It is imperative for all parties involved to prioritize the safety and well-being of innocent civilians, who have already suffered far too much as a result of the ongoing hostilities.

The missile strikes on Kharkiv serve as a stark reminder of the human cost of war, and the urgent need for a diplomatic solution to the crisis. The international community must remain vigilant and united in its efforts to prevent further bloodshed in Ukraine, and to hold those responsible for the violence and suffering to account. Only through a concerted and unwavering commitment to peace can the people of Ukraine hope for a brighter and more secure future.

This is the mass media problem. They dont say the whole picture. The attack on Belgorod is a response for the massive missiles attack on the Ukraine just few days before. Im Ukrainian and my home town was attacked on that strike. The street of private houses was simply wiped out, we dont have them anymore. A lot of people were wounded and some of them dead. Thats how "russia" greeted us for Christmas. Did they mentioned that? No. But when Russia got some response at Belgorod, they started playing victims. How about totally destroyed Mariupol in Ukraine? How about Bucha and Irpen horryfying war crimes that Russia did in Ukraine? Or, they should unstoppable terrorize us, killing our population, destroying our country by bombing rvrythy, and we as Ukrainians just have to watch this happening to us, and doing nothing? Just because its "unstoppable Russia", and if they decided to destroy some country, we all have to agree?

How Human Nature Works

Human nature is the desire to receive, also called “desire to enjoy,” and it functions by receiving what is beneficial to itself and rejecting what is harmful. Everything in our lives is built upon this calculation where we first try to distance ourselves from harm, and then seek how to draw ourselves closer to what is beneficial.

Human nature also includes a multilayering of systems that work simultaneously on still, vegetative, animate and human levels. One of those systems is our bodily one, which operates involuntarily. If our bodies are healthy, then they know what is good for them and draw that goodness to themselves. After the bodily system, there is the emotional system, which also functions relatively according to instinct. From the emotional system, we move to the mind, and from the mind to the intellect, and so on. That is, we have systems over systems that concurrently work on receiving what is beneficial and rejecting what is harmful.

Such is human nature and the essence of our lives. Our every desire, thought and action operates according to the calculation, “How can we receive what is most beneficial to us and reject what is harmful?”

The UN, NATO, and the USA stated this war in the Ukraine. These warmongering groups are criminals and corrupt.. The Ukrainian soldiers are being killed at a much higher rate than Russia. God Bless Russia, and we in the USA need to quit funding this USA proxy war

RUSSIA'S DESPAIR IS TO HIT CIVIL TARGETS, BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO HIT MILITARY TARGETS IN UKRAINE, THIS IS CALLED RUSSIAN DESPERATION OF THE SECOND BEST ARMY IN THE WORLD… RUSSIA IS A COWARDLY COUNTRY BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE CAPACITY ON THE BATTLEFIELD… .NOT A COUNTRY HAS THE RIGHT TO INVADE ANY SOVEREIGN COUNTRY…

Why is Putin so soft on Ukraine? He had to follow US example in Iran, fast, powerful strikes at the major city, and then leave! It's a good example, why not to follow it?
