South Africa Brings Genocide Accusations Against Israel to UN Court in Gaza Case

Posted by

The United Nations court has recently heard a case brought forward by South Africa accusing Israel of genocide in Gaza. This case has sparked widespread debate and controversy, as it raises important questions about the ongoing conflict in the region and the role of international law in addressing human rights violations.

The case, brought before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), alleges that Israel has committed acts of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. This includes the killing of civilians, destruction of infrastructure, and the forced displacement of thousands of people. South Africa argues that these actions constitute genocide under the 1948 Genocide Convention, and that Israel should be held accountable for its actions.

Israel has vehemently denied the allegations, arguing that its actions in Gaza are in self-defense against terrorist organizations such as Hamas. The Israeli government has also criticized the ICJ for taking up the case, calling it a politically motivated move by countries hostile to Israel.

The case has reignited the debate over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which has been ongoing for decades. Many human rights organizations and international bodies have accused Israel of committing human rights abuses in Gaza, including the use of excessive force and indiscriminate attacks on civilian populations. However, Israel maintains that it has the right to defend itself against terrorist threats, and that its actions are in line with international law.

The outcome of the case at the ICJ remains to be seen, but it is clear that the issue of Israel’s actions in Gaza will continue to be a contentious and divisive one. The case also raises important questions about the role of international law in addressing human rights violations and holding countries accountable for their actions.

Regardless of the outcome of the case, it is clear that the situation in Gaza is dire and in need of urgent attention. The international community must work together to find a peaceful resolution to the conflict and ensure that the rights of all people in the region are protected. Only through dialogue, cooperation, and respect for human rights can a lasting peace be achieved in Gaza and the wider Middle East.

The BBC? Do you mean the British Biased Complacency?

Bravo South African Lion Hearts. 👏 The World is proud of you and your humanity.

After suffering horrific apartheid/criminal regimes against your own people the lesson you learnt was to help protect/prevent others from suffering the same faith.

However the Hediuos Israelis did the exact opposite. Their lesson from their parents' and grandparents' suffering, in the concentration camps Europe, was to create their own mass murder concentration camps far away in Palestine.

Israelis were not courageous enough to punish their European Nazi oppressors but certainly cowardly enough to put the innocent, powerless people of Palestine in the Ghaza ghettos. 😢

South Africa Genocide – 486 260 South Africans were murdered between 1994 and 2017.

Fifty-eight people died in South Africa today. And yesterday. And tomorrow, 58 more will die. I am not talking about Covid-19 (Coronavirus) deaths. I am referring to the number of murdered people.

With about 2500 deaths so far, world stock exchange prices have declined remarkably – described by some as the worst since the 2008 financial crisis, with some investors fearing an imminent worldwide recession.

Why, despite not one case of Covid-19 in South African at the time of writing, is everyone in the country on high alert while many South Africans and the government remain unconcerned about the scourge of murder that far, far outweighs the Covid-19 threat?

BusinessTech reported that the UN Office on Drugs and Crime’s July 2019 report said more than 486 260 South Africans were murdered between 1994 and 2017.

Nyetanyahu was indicted, like Trump , and supported his IMEC stated at UN vowing it's success depended on destruction of Hamas around sept. 25th, and provoked Palestine with new expansion plans with Hamas attack plans in hand. That's all you need to put Nyetanyahu and Trump in jail for good. For the good and peace of the planet.

Did UN condemn the Arab countries that are cleansing Christians? Did UN condemn the Muslim plastilin who are cleansing Christians from Judea and Samaria? You can check statistics that in the Middle East, the only safe place for Christians is in Israel.

According to the BBC: Traders in Gaza are buying food supplies for 10 shekels and then selling them for 200 hundred or 250 hundred shekels. A sack of flour from a supply warehouse costs 60 shekels and is then sold for 300 hundred shekels , which is 5 times more!Is this the way they behave towards one another.

Israel says it only wants to destroy Hamas, but from their words, it seems like anyone is Hamas. Including terminally ill people in hospitals, newborn babies, and now their fellow signatory and global peer, South Africa. What a way to think, while having access to billions in military equipment.
