React Native Turned Into Flutter?
Recently, there has been a lot of buzz in the tech community about React Native being transformed into Flutter. The exciting news comes as developers are exploring the possibilities of using the react-native-skia framework to build cross-platform mobile applications.
React Native is a popular framework developed by Facebook for building native mobile apps using JavaScript and React. While React Native has been widely adopted for its flexibility and performance, developers are always looking for new ways to improve and optimize their development process.
Enter Flutter, Google’s UI toolkit for building natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase. Flutter has been gaining popularity in the developer community for its speed, performance, and beautiful user interfaces.
With the development of react-native-skia, developers now have the opportunity to leverage the power of both React Native and Flutter. By combining the strengths of both frameworks, developers can build high-performance, cross-platform applications that are visually stunning and user-friendly.
React-native-skia is a project that aims to replace the existing rendering engine in React Native with Flutter’s Skia renderer. Skia is a powerful 2D graphics library that provides fast and efficient rendering for UI elements, animations, and graphics.
The idea of turning React Native into Flutter may sound ambitious, but the potential benefits are significant. By incorporating Flutter’s rendering engine, developers can expect improved performance, smoother animations, and better compatibility with the latest mobile devices.
While react-native-skia is still in the early stages of development, the project has already generated a lot of interest and excitement within the developer community. As more developers experiment with the framework and share their experiences, we can expect to see even more innovation and creativity in the world of cross-platform mobile development.
In conclusion, the transformation of React Native into Flutter through the use of react-native-skia is a promising development that could revolutionize the way we build mobile applications. By harnessing the power of both frameworks, developers can create cutting-edge apps that are fast, efficient, and visually stunning.

are u sure to not use Flutter instead? I think would be better if you'r using Flutter and forget Javascript and all other technologies besides Dart and Flutter
Anyway finally flutter is better than react native 🤷♂️
React femboy
Dart can compile to js. Imagine React Native with dart
I wonder what do you think about the jsi progress and how this is going to eliminate the need for any other native development platforms? (Sorta, not really)
The Flutter community accepts your implicit apology.
Let's wait to see when they adopt Impeller.
"react native is more performant than native"
"betting on react native has been our best decisions"
Those shopify devs are high on some good stuff. Using react native over an actually natively compiled app. damn!
16:58 What's the font name?
Flutter fanboys incomming
Since 3.16.0 flutter uses impeller instead of skia. they are switching the engine
In 2024 which is good to learn flutter or reactnative?
Getting more confusion. React Native or Flutter?
I'm a backed developer and new to react. Next goal is to learn mobile apps development.
Which one I should go for?
React Native or Flutter?
Love your content but bro your thumbnails are a bit cringe, because you don't really do humour yet you have that silly face in all the thumbs
As long as they don’t copy the flutter nesting nightmare we are ok.
wait.. didn't you tell Flutter is bad because of using Skia before?
just learn the damn dart already. why are they so obsessed to write everything in JS
How not hypocrite and baised. I dont like flutter very much but have to use it for job. I love alot of things theo talked about (t3, graphite to name some) but the way he gets paid for everything and nothing he says makes complete sense makes me want to unfollow him (but i really dont want to). we cant learn from your thought process if you are not honest
