I am experience person. And I done technical then hr call me and asked about documents and discussed about salary. And then i send all of this documents to hr now its showing decision pending……
Then how many days they take to released my offer latter?
Hi all. I have joined Infosys recently. So I am in a position to answer this question. First off….sorry to say…no hr will email you that submit karna hain. Apko launchpad team see mail ayega…..and no one will also email you the offer letter…ye bas career portal pe aapke profile mein login karne ka baad dikhega…offer is not downloadable before joining…..second…..cool down period follow nahi hota…..mujhe khud talent team se application ke link aaya just after 2 months after rejection from previous interview….now coming to the main point….if you clear your rounds…the hr wont mail u…the talent team's automated mailing system will mail your your launchpad credentials…sare docs wahi dene hain….and number three….all documents are editable until they are not approved by the launchpad team…..the application will show you that "documents cannot be modified at this time" ….but this will happen about 2 weeks after you have submitted your documents….and yes…the launchpad team works slowly…so you wont get your confirmation before at least 4 weeks…..my onboarding process started in last year November and ended in April….now u can imagine……no one will get confirmation in 2 weeks…this is basically because the pre boarding bgc is even more stringent than passport background verification…they will physically reach your house….
